Meet Your Guide
The Whispering Wilds began as a profoundly personal journey. During childhood trauma, and later grief and PTSD, I instinctively sought refuge in the natural world.
The wild became my sanctuary—and slowly, my guide.

Through botanical photography, I saw the patterns, textures, and living systems that mirror our own inner landscapes. Blending these discoveries into meditation, yoga, and daily rituals, I found new pathways toward healing. Ways that beautifully complemented modern therapy and medicine.
The more I studied nature through my lens, the more I discovered about myself. And the more I realized that true well-being grows when we are present with, and part of, the wild.
Whether through a towering forest or a single houseplant, nature is always whispering to us.
Today, my work bridges science and ancient ways of knowing. I hold a BA in Psychology, with advanced studies in trauma healing, neuroscience, and mind-body-spirit wellness. I’m a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Neuroscience Coach, Meditation Instructor, Breathwork Practitioner, and Reiki Master/Teacher (Usui, Crystal, and Gold).
As a classically trained singer, I also weave voice as an energetic tool into my teaching. Alongside my work as a photographer and artist, nature continues to shape both my creative and healing practices.
My training is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), Complementary Medical Association (CMA), National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP), and the Centre of CPD Excellence (CPD).
But it is the wild places and the people I’ve been privileged to walk beside that have taught me the most.
I'm an "eternal learner," exploring new insights in naturopathy, somatic therapies, holistic practices, biomimicry, neuroplasticity, and ancestral wisdom.
I participate in the Biomimicry Confluence, belong to the Association of Spiritual Integrity, and am insured and networked through the Association of Professional Coaches.
I'm also certified through the Institute for Advertising Ethics’ Green Shield program, guarding against greenwashing—a value aligned with my mission. A portion of all Whispering Wilds sales is donated to environmental conservation and cleanup.
Closer to home, I tend a medicinal garden, share my days with a family of crows who treat me as one of their own, and endlessly pursue the art of hygge. I’m a proud mother to a kind-hearted son who shares my love of our planet, as does my supportive partner.
Every blessing in my life has been deepened by listening to the whispers of the wild.
I would be honored to help you do the same. 🌿✨
