My name is Dina. And like you, I’ve walked the winding path toward well-being.
For over thirty years, I’ve explored how we can reclaim health, calm, and connection in a world that too often pulls us away from them.
Along the way, nature became my greatest mentor. A living source of wisdom woven into every cell of my being and every second of my life.
I created the Whispering Wilds method to share this wisdom and help others remember what the wild world so patiently offers: the ability to adapt, heal, and thrive. Read my story and qualifications.
