About Whispering Wilds


Nature is a mirror to our true selves. We don't just coexist with nature, we are part of it. By turning to, and tuning into, the wild world around us, we learn to cultivate self-love and make positive changes in our lives. 

My name is Dina, and I'm wellness guide, certified holistic health practitioner, botanical photographer and artist. I call the wisdom I've gained over thirty-plus years of personal practice "Whispering Wilds" because it draws on aspects of nature that are often overlooked, unseen or unappreciated - the "whispers" of the wild. These whispers teach us ways to thrive.

In nature, extraordinary lessons are waiting to be found in even the most ordinary places.
